What is not written, does not exist

What is not written, does not exist. That’s why my blog is here.

Yesterday I lamented. God, why some people are luckier than me. They got things i desperately want, things that are hard for me are really easy for them..

A few moments later, after I step out from Wad Dahlia HTAA, God gives me the answer.

I feel guilty for thinking like that and i really thank God because i am far, far, far more luckier than some other people.

My dad is correct when he told me, nak jadi org yg bersyukur kita kena tengok orang yang kurang dari kita.

Thank you abah. Miss u.

HTAA’s wad dahlia is a place for psychiatric patients. They suffer psychiatric disorder such as schizophenia and major depressive disorder. They were placed in a cell, we didn’t go near them. We only sit on their dining table, studying their bed ticket. They look at us, singing, talking, shouting, fighting (entertaining us..hehe). may ALLAH cure all of you and show the good side of all this suffering,amen.

PUDING TRIFFLE





bismillah wal hamdulillah.

i've been trying to do triffle more than 5 times for the last 3 weeks. to get great result, practice surely lead to perfection.hehe.

bahan- bahan:

lapisan 1-
kek swiss roll

lapisan 2-
susu cair (1 tin)
gula (3 sudu besar, kalu anda dtg dr pantai barat, amount ni perlu di kurangkan)
perisa vanila (1 sudu kecil) note: x da pun x pa, takda apa yg kurang.
cocktail (1 tin)
tepung kastard (4 sudu besar)

lapisan 3-
serbuk jeli (jenama nona, perisa strawbery)



cara- cara pembuatan.

1- potong kek swill roll dlm 1.5 cm dan aturkan dalam bekas tupperware yg anda nak guna (pastikan semua permukaan bekas ditutup dengan kek- this is like a base)
(guna bekas yg lutsinar, bleh tengok hasil layernya di hujung nanti)

2-bukak tin koktail, asingkan buah dan airnya. separuh air cocktail digunakan untuk membasahkan kek swill roll yg dah disusun dalam bekas tadi..jgn sampai basah tenggelam kek tu, buh sket2 je ye.

layer 1 DONE

3-panaskan periuk, masukkan susu cair, gula, separuh lg air coktail, perisa vanila. kacau, sampai gula larut.

4- 4 sudu tepung kastard tadi, larutkan dengan sedikit air dalam bekas lain, bila cair ia warna KUNING.
(tujuan cairkan dalam bekas lain utk elak ketul2 kalu terus masukkan dalam periuk panas).

5- masukkan kastard dalam periuk yg ada susu,gula..etc tadi. kacau je jgn berhenti
(sgt penting ni! jgn berhenti taw or u'll regret it. da result is disappointing.kalu blajar biochem ni, ia dipanggil determining rate.hehe. )

6- bila dah likat terus curahkan ke dalam bekas yg letak kek tadi, ratakan ke seluruh permukaan kek. (kena buat cepat sebab ia mudah keras)

7- buah- buahan koktail tadi, taburkan ke atas lapisan kastard tadi
(tekan-tekan sket buah ni biar dia masuk dalam kastard tu)

Layer 2 DONE

8-sekarang buat jeli..senang saje ikut arahan di belakang kotak(he~), 400ml air dipanaskan bersama sepaket jeli.

9- bila dah larut, curahkan ke dalam bekas tadi...ni pun kena buat cepat sebab ia mudah beku.

10- sejukkan dan masuk dalam peti sejuk
(x buh dalam peti sejuk pun x pa sebab memang sunatullah ia akan keras, insya ALLAH)

layer 3 DONE

bersedia untuk di makan dan membahagiakan!
